Smoked Chicken Legs

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat recteq to 325°F.

  2. On a cutting board, trim any excess fat or skin on chicken. 

  3. Rub with olive oil, season with Casanova's Competition Rub, then Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub on top.

  4. Arrange chicken legs on the recteq and spritz with spray butter.

  5. Cook for 90 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F.  

 

Note: If using sauce, add when internal reaches 155°F.
