CAJUN TURKEY

Cajun Turkey

INGREDIENTS:

  • 14 - 16 lb. turkey (fresh or frozen and fully thawed)

  • Tony Chachere's Creole Sauce Butter Marinade

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat recteq to 350°F.

  2. Inject turkey with marinade.

  3. Rub skin with olive oil.

  4. Liberally apply seasoning.

  5. Smoke turkey at 350°F until the internal temp. reaches 165°F.
